Very very bad they restrict your account with no reason without even explaining why there trust team do what ever they want you can have a server running suddenly you re account is restricted why no one knows they start with saying we need to verify you identity than we need manual review then sorry you re account is permanently suspended dont not use there services you will spend most of your time opening tickets and trying to solve problems than get faced with ignored support who act how ever they want if the support is happy you will get you account back if not he will permanently suspend your account with your server running

Thieving company, I cancelled everything and they still took money a month later, I never even used it because it was slow and didn’t work. £20+ stolen from this company. I don’t recommend

Fuyez, franchement pas fiable, je dépense plus de 3000€ par mois chez eux et je passe mon temps à babysitter mes serveurs et à ouvrir des tickets a leur support. Mes clients s'en pleignent et je passe franchement pour un amateur.

took money for a verification and then said the option it offered was not actually available and then informed me i needed to verify my government id before i could use the trial they already charged me for and then said no machines available - and that they'll "let me know when one is available" ah yeah no worries guys, just renting a mac for leisurly activities..... yeah , dont use this company.

Par quoi commencer ? (Dedibox) Impossible de faire ma propre installation via KVM, seul KVM via HTML fonctionne... ...jusqu'à ce qu'il freeze. Avec un ISO chargé en remote, je dois tout recommencer systématiquement... Troisième fois que j'essaie de faire l'installation via leur interface, pas moyen, cela ne fonctionne pas. Je viens de mettre ma carte bancaire, envoyer ma carte d'identité, faire le singe devant ma caméra pendant X minutes car le système fonctionne de façon hasardeuse, lâcher 40 balles... ...pour rien. Rien ne va, tout semble géré de façon amateur, c'est vraiment pitoyable...

Used their STARDUST1-S instance which is supposed to be priced at 0.4 EUR a month and was surprised that my card was charged 4 EUR. Upon checking, turns out that there are fees for the IP address and block storage, which are approx. 3.5 EUR. Not to mention that the instance is very slow: I knew that since they tell you it's for development only, but the slow does not justify the 4 EUR price. I could have went with a reputable provider and a stable server at this price. Giving this review because of the hidden fees - I only used the instance for a month and will never use this company again until they fix their pricing scheme and services. It's a shame because I've been a customer of their dedicated servers online.net brand since 2015

try to take money 1-2 weeks early so your literally paying every 2-3 weeks instead of every month. Restrict account when you refuse to pay early and then you try to get it sorted and it takes them 5 days to reply to messages on tickets.

This is a fraudulent company. The first dedibox did not work at all and the OS installation took more than 12 hours. And then I had to buy a new server again, while I had to pay for the one that never worked! The result? I got something very old that never really worked and they didn't deliver what I paid for, below is the message I sent them. Subject: URGENT: Server EM-A410X-SSD - older hardware delivered (DDR3 instead of DDR4, missing RAM) I ordered an EM-A410X-SSD server with the following specifications listed on your site: 64 GB DDR4 RAM Intel Xeon E5-1650 (3.2 GHz, 6C/12T) 2 x 1.02 TB SSD 1 Gbps network However, after installing and testing the server, I found that I was given completely different, older hardware. Le support client est digne des pires amateurs. Vendredi soir, problème matériel (donc leur responsabilité...), ils me disent que ça ne répond pas et qu'ils ne savent pas trop pourquoi, mais qu'ils peuvent donc me commander un nouveau serveur qui sera prêt dimanche OU lundi (la précision...). Les autres fournisseurs cloud sont alertés en direct quand ils subissent une panne matériel et font tout pour réparer la panne. Et seulement si le disque est mort, alors là on doit se débrouiller avec les backups. Eux ? La moindre RAM défaillante et le serveur est HS tout le weekend et il faut se débrouiller. Je vais tout migrer ailleurs, ce n'est pas sérieux, ils se torchent avec leurs engagements de niveau de service. Du coup c'est clairement trop cher pour le service.
