I have used Airalo in Vietnam, Oceana and Japan and I have found the setup is extrodinarily difficult due to the instruction difficult to understand and phone setups confusing. Setup of networks used and how to connect to them. In Vietnam and Japan I was so confused I deleted a valid e-sim worth $25 each before I realised there was a number of networks to connect to rather than the network that comes up as the default. So for two trips I have paid twice to find out it I had of connected to another network my

Process to install and top-up ESIMs is easy and straightforward. Prices are reasonable. Occassinally I'll face a small delay when connecting for the first time in a new country, but having purchased many ESIMs over the past 2 years issues have been minimal.
