Non vérifié12 sept. 2026Payment taken but no goods
It is a scam: they took the payment but no goods ever arrived and there is no tracking available. Why have they not been taken down?

Non vérifié7 janv. 2026Money taken from our account without permission
They take money from your bank account without permission and without supplying any goods. They took £39.00 from our account in December and again in January, with no authority given by us and nothing delivered. The bank has refunded us and has hopefully blocked this organisation, and will also report their activities. Keep well away from them. I would call it thieving, and the police need to investigate what they are doing.

They ripped my elderly mum off for hundreds of pounds. Absolutely appalling.

Non vérifié9 mars 2025Unrecognised £16 charge on my credit card
There was a £16 payment on my credit card statement that I did not recognise. A phone number was listed next to it on the bill, and when I looked it up it turned out to be one of this company's scam numbers. I contacted my bank, who have credited my account and are now investigating.

Non vérifié29 janv. 2025Question left unanswered about bank details
I am reposting a question another reviewer asked here in December: how did his mother's bank details travel from this company's site in Kent to another mail-order firm in the north-west of England? To that reviewer: you will not get an answer from them on this page, you need to post the question on the company's main review page. And on the platform itself, which claims it wants to be a place where everyone can share honest reviews to help others make informed decisions, I do not believe it: businesses pay for their profiles, and when a company dislikes a truthful negative review it gets it removed.

Can this company please explain how my mother's bank details went from their site in Kent to another mail-order company based in the north-west of England, when they are in Kent?

Non vérifié5 déc. 2024They target older people with subscriptions
A scam. They should not be allowed to stay in business: they target older people and sign them up for various subscriptions they never asked for and did not want. My 82-year-old mother-in-law was paying for several subscriptions she knew nothing about. When we used power of attorney we found all of them leaving her account under different names. I contacted them and asked for an explanation: they refunded over £700, but gave no explanation as to why the money had been taken in the first place. I intend to get to the bottom of it.

Non vérifié4 déc. 2024Beware of unauthorised withdrawals after a purchase
This review is not about the products they sell, but about what may happen to your bank or credit card details after a purchase. Like many other customers, I found myself unknowingly subscribed to one of their clubs run by sister companies, which led to several unauthorised withdrawals: I noticed five separate charges in a single month. I contacted my bank immediately, and they described the company as a nuisance business and suggested I ask for a refund directly. I also spoke to a consumer advice service, who were already aware of the issue and said the company usually refunds when challenged. I followed that advice and, to my relief, the subscriptions were refunded promptly with no questions asked. But what would have happened if I had not checked my account? A message to them: stop taking money from your customers and pretending you do not know what is going on. Your practices are deceptive, and the volume of complaints across platforms shows this is not a one-off.

Non vérifié29 nov. 2024This company exploits people
In my opinion this company should not be trading any more. Put simply, they exploit people. My partner ordered an item over the phone and the transaction went through fine. About a month later, large amounts started leaving her bank account under the name of a rewards club. We had to go through a lot of hassle to sort it out, which I am pleased to say has now been resolved. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of doing business with this company to avoid it at all costs.
