I feel like we've been scammed: they don't pay their boosters and have been ignoring us for a few months now. Don't work for them and don't buy anything from them.

They don't pay their performers (the boosters) and never get in touch. We keep writing to them without any answer, and they owe us more than $400. Nothing more to add, I don't recommend them. Update: I see no problem in reviewing the "internal" side of the business. People should know what they are really paying for.
