Application non sécurisée : tous les jours, des tonnes de mails frauduleux et de courriers indésirables. Les signaler ou les bloquer ne sert strictement à rien, ça recommence chaque jour et toujours avec les mêmes expéditeurs. J'en ai assez.

My emails were there when I went to bed, and the next morning they were gone. I did not delete them. I asked for help and went back and forth with someone through a pop-up box on the mail site. They told me to go online and log in from there, which I did, then I asked for help again and, after more back-and-forth, they told me to do exactly the same thing. I explained that this was how I had reached them in the first place, and they replied that they work with companies, not individuals. They also mentioned that junk emails are not deleted automatically but moved to the deleted folder. I still have not found my vanished emails.

Absolutely ridiculous. Scammers running calendar groups have my email address, along with some four thousand random people. Who on earth added me to them?

You do not respond to customer requests. I have been fighting with you for three months over two built-in ant moats for the hummingbird feeders I bought from you. That is all I want, but instead you hang up on me, leave me on hold for hours and make promises you never keep. Just do the right thing, or I may have to take this to a consumer protection body.

I have no idea why companies and people still use this service, because it is absolute garbage. It asks you to sign in over and over. It will not let me use a work account at home, and it keeps throwing errors it offers no solution for and that I cannot fix myself. None of its competitors are anywhere near as bad.

Die neuen Programmeinstellungen sind mühsam und nicht anwenderfreundlich. Vor allem das ständige Neuanmelden ist schlecht gemacht. Wenn man mit mehreren E-Mail-Adressen arbeitet, wird es anstrengend und nervig. Hier hat sich das Programm massiv verschlechtert, dabei war es einmal eine gute Software.

I would give less than one star if that were possible. There is no way to increase the storage limit, so I have to delete emails constantly, I have to sign in again far too often, and the support is terrible.

Ständig wird einer meiner Accounts ausgeloggt, und das Programm blockiert dann auch die Nutzung der anderen Konten. Das Passwort muss ich jedes Mal neu generieren, da ich es sehr ungern irgendwo aufschreibe. Der Aufwand ist einfach nervig. Wenn möglich, verwendet ein anderes Programm. Es ist traurig, dass heutzutage alles und jeder problemlos ausspioniert werden kann, ein bekanntes E-Mail-Programm aber nicht anständig funktioniert.
