I ordered a bracelet before reading the reviews, which I normally would never do. When I later read that the quality was poor and that orders often never arrived, I wrote it off as a lesson learned and never expected to receive anything. The bracelet turned up today and, while the quality isn't great for the price, it's acceptable. Worth the twenty quid I paid.

It is August 2026 and I am still trying to sort out an order of rings, necklaces and earrings from one of their collections. I have had no response at all from the seller. I am stuck with nine pieces and no way to send them back for a refund or an exchange, despite sending several emails about the problem.

A complete scam. I never received an order confirmation, waited almost a month and nothing was delivered. After one email to customer service I was hopeful, as they said there was a shipping delay, but after that there was absolutely no contact, no reply to my emails and no product. They took my money and disappeared. By the time I gave up it was too late for my card issuer to refund me without cancelling the card entirely. Beware.

Amelia jewelry is junk, don't waste your money. The jewellery is not what they advertised and it tarnishes. It's a big scam. They keep saying they are going out of business and they never do, they just carry on scamming people.

I contacted them several times, well within the return window, to send back several items from one order. One pair of hoop earrings is far smaller than the photo online, another pair is far bigger, and a set of rings looks like a cheap toy prize, the quality is that bad. I'm very disappointed. If they would simply accept the items back and credit my card it would be fine, but at this point they are just ignoring me, which is why I decided to write this review.

Amelia's Jewelry did not deliver what they advertised, so don't waste your money. I found them on a social network through a video saying the founder was retiring and the business was closing down. I ordered three different pieces and they arrived almost two weeks after the expected shipping date. One piece resembled the picture; the other two were cheap, plastic and poor quality and looked nothing like the photos online. I paid around fifty dollars for three little pieces of plastic jewellery.

This is a scam. The same items can be found on a discount marketplace for around ten dollars or less, and they are manufactured in China.
